(Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord)
My dear Brothers and Sisters,
I hope we are taking the
measures to keep safe as directed by the government. It is not only a legal or
civic responsibility to cooperate with legitimate authorities for the welfare
of all but also a moral responsibility to do so. For the over 70s and those in
self-isolation please let us know if there is anything we can do to help. We
keep you all in our prayers. We shall endeavour to keep everyone updated as
situations evolve through the Parish website http://www.stmichaelwestbromwich.org
and News Bulletin. If you are happy to receive our weekly News Bulletin and
other updates by email please confirm your request by sending a mail to stmichael.wbrom@rcaob.org.uk
Prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic we had advised members of the Parish to consider making their offerings online by Standing Order. We thank you all for your generosity in donating to support the church, especially these difficult times.
Our hearts and prayers go out to all those affected economically by this COVID-19 Pandemic. This is a time to reflect on our Lenten giving and so we write to remind you that you can always review your offerings by Standing Order in line with your present economic situation not excluding cancelling if so desire.
If you wish to donate to the church, then please
consider using internet banking or call your bank and give the following
details:
For more information, please
do not hesitate to email us on stmichael.wbrom@rcaob.org.uk.
May God continue to keep and protect you through these challenging moments.
Thanks, and God Bless,
Sincerely Yours in Christ,
Josephat Ezeanolue C.S.Sp.
Parish Priest.
